Paper Camera is a fun little camera filter application for Android that allows users to apply interesting sketch filters in real time to their photographs. A big problem for me is that the application is very slow/sluggish, and often freezes to the point where I need to force quit. This is not a problem that you want to have in a photography application, where you want to be able to open the app up quickly and shoot the shot before you miss it.

Assistant is based on Google Voice Recognition software, and allows users to speak commands, and hopefully have the assistant bring you to whatever you are asking for. When you open the app, you see a girl who asks you what you want to do, and then from there, once you hit speak, a Google Voice Recognition box pops up, and asks you to speak. For certain commands, Assistant is good at understanding context, not just the words spoken, and in other instances, Assistant has no idea what you’re talking about.

Espier Launcher for Android is an application that puts the visual aesthetics of Apple iOS 5 onto your Android device. Some Apple haters will think that this is the most retarded app of all time. On the other hand, people that only have an Android device because the iPhone is/was not offered on their wireless carrier, will absolutely love this launcher. Get the application while it lasts, because knowing Apple, they’ll probably sue the developer any day now… Pro Makes your Android phone look exactly like an iPhone.
